How do I withdraw sats to my Lightning wallet?
Open the Bitcoin tab in the app, tap Withdraw, paste any Lightning address, and confirm. The minimum withdrawal is 100 sats. Most withdrawals settle in seconds — if it takes longer than a few minutes, contact us with the timestamp and we'll trace it.
Sats didn't show up after I completed a reading.
Sats are awarded when a chapter is marked complete. If they didn't appear: pull down to refresh the Home tab, or fully close and reopen the app. If they still don't appear, email us with your account email and the reading you completed.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
If you subscribed on iPhone or iPad: open the App Store app, tap your profile picture, then Subscriptions, find Orange Bible, and tap Cancel. If you subscribed on Android: open the Play Store app, tap your profile, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, then Orange Bible. If you subscribed on orangebible.com with a credit card or Bitcoin: contact us at the email below and we'll process it.
Premium didn't activate after I subscribed.
Open the paywall screen and tap Restore Purchases. This re-syncs your subscription with your Apple ID or Google account. If that doesn't work, sign out and back in. If it still isn't active, contact us with your account email and the date of purchase.
I'm not receiving password reset emails.
Check your spam or junk folder first — they often land there for new senders. If you still don't see it after 5 minutes, email us and we'll reset it manually.
How do I delete my account?
Visit orangebible.com/delete-account and follow the prompts. Your data is removed from our systems within 30 days.
Sign-in with Apple or Google isn't working.
Make sure you're on the latest version of the app. Force-close and reopen, then try again. If you get an error, switch to email/password sign-in temporarily and email us with the exact error message — we'll investigate.
Can I use the same account on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Sign in with the same email (or same Apple/Google account) on both devices. Your reading progress, notes, prayers, highlights, and Premium subscription all sync across platforms.
